The Winner is always part of the answer;
The Loser is always part of the problem.

The Loser makes promises.

The Winner have dreams;
The Loser have schemes.

The Winner say," I must do something";
The Loser say,"Something must be done."

The Winner are a part of the team;
The Loser are apart from the team.

The Winner see the gain;
The Loser see the pain.

The Winner see possibilities;
The Loser see problems.

The Winner believe in win/win; Losers believe for them to win someone has to lose.

The Winner see the potential;
The Loser see the past.

The Winner are like a thermostat;
The Loser are like thermometers.

The Winner choose what they say;
The Loser say what they choose.

The Winner use hard arguments but soft words;
The Loser use soft arguments but hard words.

The Winner stand firm on values but compromise on petty things;
The Loser stand firm on petty things but compromise on values.

The Winner follow the philosophy of empathy: "Don't do to others what you
would, not want them to do to you";
The Loser follow the philosophy, "Do it to others before they do it to you."

The Winner make it happen;
The Loser let it happen.
